Almost there, Baby Z!

Taken at thirty five weeks and three days (04-19-15).
Room 907 Crown Regency Hotel and Towers, Cebu City.

So there, the photos are already laid out for every stumbling soul to scrutinize. There's no turning back now. The anxiety of being judged is there. But to fear is nothing if truth sets us free. Yeah yeah, we got church married but not the grand one. Not the one that he and I excitedly planned and talked about before he came home from overseas. Baby Z happened, that's why. The wedding was just a handful and a half of guests who were there to witness. Nonetheless, and what is more important is that, the ceremony was binding. Papers and all and of course the priest's blessing - which means we were able to receive the holy Sacrament of Matrimony.

The present moment is a bumpy ride (no pun intended) but one I am enjoying. Or such that one of the things I am starting to appreciate as I have promised myself to cherish and embrace what is laying down in front of me. Lesser worries of what is bound to come but to just live at the moment, careful not to miss on the details of what's happening around.

I should say that this baby who is about to come out seems to be setting off on the wrong foot. He was originally out of the short term (just one year) plan. We, the parents, are not financially stable YET. Sure he got his own fuming career as a seafarer while I got mine as a public development worker with a number of credits on graduate studies. But then, both of our savings have been profusely drained because of unbearably unforeseen circumstances. Papa Nardo got terminally sick and later died. His agency is dillydallying his schedule to join a ship (internal reasons maybe) while my contract with the previous company got ended (and of which I have no plan of going back, career-growth reasons, nothing personal). So, we're somewhat stuck in the loopholes now. Sigh.

I (seriously) don't know how we're going to get through this, but I definitely know that WE WILL. Abangan! For the mean time, we'll just have to struggle with whatever resources come our way. And wait for divine enlightenment from their agency. If worse comes to worst, wait for Baby Z to pop out and I'll starting working my happy arse again! ^^

Now now, let me talk about the gorgeously taken photographs below. The sweet icing of the cake. The thrill factor of the ride. The affirmation of a thousand words. Aren't they dreamyyy? All are my favorite! I couldn't thank enough the people who are behind this, Jared and Joan. They got a superb teamwork I should say. Ayiieeee, much love to both of them! This seesh was just incredible and fun. I just couldn't ask for more! #happyme :D

**Credits to Jared for the photos and Joan for the stuffs and beyond. :) <3
